Cette fonction est appliquée par SPIP à son initialisation sur GET/POST/COOKIES/GLOBALS
Parameters
- $t : array<string|int, mixed>

le tableau ou la chaine à desinfecter (passage par référence)
- $deep : bool = true

= true : appliquer récursivement
